Minne Champagne & Wine is located on Eteläesplanadi in the historical Ahlström Building. Scope of work was to transform an old pub into a light, fresh and stylish champagne & wine bar in the evenings and a cafe during the day. The interior design concept was inspired by the history of the famous Ahlström property.

The elegant Art Deco style of the Savoy Theatre guides the shapes of the individual pieces of furniture and the colours and patterns of the textiles in the restaurant, while at the same time following the simple lines of functionalism.
